Delivery, Security & Contact
Delivery
Our standard delivery time scale is 5 working days, although as we do more business through the internet we will introduce a next-day delivery option. Personalised items will generally be delivered within this timescale too, but as they have to be made to order, please understand that they may on occasion take a little longer, especially at busy times such as Christmas when it may take 7 to 10 days.
Our standard delivery charge is £3.99, and we offer free delivery if your order is over £30.00. Some items that are especaially large and bulky may have a higher delivery charge, but this will be clearly shown in the description.
If you have any queries you can contact us using the following methods:
email weborders@mookau.co.uk
phone 0114 266 8994 – please bear in mind though that this is the phone number for our shop in Sheffield, so you may be speaking to one of our shop assistants who doesn’t have access to a computer. Email is the best option, but we don’t want you to think we’re hard to get in touch with!
Returns
Here at mookau we want you to be delighted with your purchases. We are happy to accept returns of items ordered over the internet for a refund within 7 days of delivery. We regret that we cannot offer a refund on carriage, and you must pay for your own carriage when returning items. Please send returns to the address below, or if you live nearby simply return them to the shop with a copy of your web receipt.
Our physical address is:
mookau
391 Ecclesall Road

Security
All payments are handled by PayPal on our behalf. They know much more about security than we do, so you can be sure your transaction is secure. When you click on the ‘Make Purchase’ button you will be transferred to a secure site maintained by PayPal where you need to enter your card details. On completing payment you will be retunred to the mookau site. Your transaction will appear on your bank statement as PayPal *mookau.
These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice, although our basic principle is to be nice, so we’re not suddenly going to make them a lot different, but things change, so we’re told it’s best practice to reserve the option to update if we need to.
