Shipping policy
UK Delivery
All orders within the UK are sent out via Royal Mail 2nd class. P&P is charged at a flat rate of £3.95 on orders of £39.99 or less. Orders of £40 and over are posted free of charge. You have the option to upgrade to 1st class postage on any order for £4.50 if you prefer. Please note, large parcels and parcels weighing over 2kg will always be sent by the cheapest method available.
Delivery on orders containing only jewellery or cards is charged at a flat rate of £1 on any order value.
We aim to dispatch orders within two working days, but this may take longer during peak periods - our packing team is very small! You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped. These notifications are automatically generated, which can cause some mail programs to treat them as spam. If you have placed an order and not received email confirmation, please ensure that you have provided an email address, and check your junk folder before contacting us.
Once an order has been dispatched, it is out of our hands as to how long it will take to arrive. Royal Mail's delivery aim for 1st class post is 1-2 working days, and 3-5 days for 2nd class, but this is not guaranteed, especially during busy periods. If your order has not arrived within 5 working days of your dispatch email, please get in touch. Standard post is not a tracked service, but we can check if delivery has been attempted yet, or if it's still being processed.
Click & Collect
Click and collect is free of charge on all orders. Orders can be collected from our Ecclesall Road shop 7 days a week during our usual opening hours.
Orders will be ready to collect within 24hrs of being placed, and most orders will be ready to collect within an hour.
You will be emailed when your order is ready - please bring your order number with you when collecting.
International Delivery
International orders are sent via Royal Mail, as per the rates below. Parcels are fully insured, tracked within the UK and will require a signature on arrival. This service typically takes around 10-14 days, but may take longer during busy periods.

* Applicable only on orders containing only jewellery and/or cards.
There is a maximum weight of 2kg applicable to overseas orders - if your order weight exceeds this it will be cancelled and refunded due to the prohibitive costs involved in sending packages heavier than this.
Please be aware that many countries charge additional duty and taxes on imported goods. These charges will fall to the customer to pay for separately upon delivery and are not included in our costs. This now includes countries within Europe.
