Aches Magnesium Pain Relief Bath Soak is a spa-quality bath soak containing magnesium and essential oils of rosemary, thyme, and marjoram.

The combination of these ingredients provides relief from muscle discomfort, stiffness and aches. This soothing soak also helps to ease sore muscles and aching joints, relieves tension headaches, soothes back pain, improves circulation, and is gentle enough for daily use.

There is a reason why the Dead Sea is known for its healing powers. The mineral-rich waters have been used for centuries as a natural form of balneotherapy, or bathing in mineral water to relieve various health conditions.

These Sea Salt Magnesium Bath Soaks are inspired by this ancient practice. This unique blend of magnesium, sea and mineral salts, and essential oils will draw out toxins and ease the body with its soothing warmth.

Directions for use: Pour generous tablespoonfuls of soak into a hot bath and agitate the water to dissolve the salt. Soaking for at least 20 mins.
